Adult Tables interest meeting this Sunday!

Anyone interested in joining or hosting an adult Table this Sunday is invited to join us between gatherings from 10:15-10:45 a.m. next door at Studebaker 113. This is your chance to find out more about Tables and ask any questions you might have from our staff!

Tables are a great way to intentionally connect with others in our community in homes or at a restaurant over a shared meal. At every Table, we ask two questions: “Where are you?” (the topic of last week’s gathering – you can listen here) and “What do you want?” (this week’s topic). Fall Tables will launch next month!

We’ll see you next this Sunday, August 25, at 10:15 a.m.! Look for the signs that say “South Bend City Church Event” as you enter the parking lot of Lafayette.

Student Tables Kick-off is this Sunday!

Tables for middle school and high school will kick off this Sunday evening, August 25, at Studebaker 112! Students in grades 5-8 (middle school) and grades 8-12 (high school) are welcome to join us from 6 to 8 p.m. (dinner provided). Beginning Sept. 15, student Tables will meet every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at the same time and place (Studebaker 112 from 6-8 p.m.). Have questions? This past month we were able to close on our first house for our Affordable Housing project. Due to your generous financial gifts, we’ve been able to acquire this nearly move-in ready house in the Miami Village neighborhood to provide a housing solution for a recent Hope Ministries graduate!
