Did someone say tacos?

Easter Sunday at Four Winds Field

We’ll celebrate our community coming back together with breakfast street tacos at Four Winds Field prior to the Easter gathering. Tacos are free and will be served from 10-10:30 a.m. while supplies last. A special thanks to Meek&Melz Curbside Cafe on South Bend’s East Bank for preparing this meal and to a generous member of our community who donated to cover the cost!

We Are Not Always Heroes: Judas

This week marks the final installation of our series “We Are Not Always Heroes.” Lead Pastor Jason Miller will guide us in a discussion of one of the most well-known characters in Jesus’ story: Judas. Judas is one of the more difficult characters in Scripture to relate to. But what if we share his capacity for infidelity? And even if we do, is betrayal the thing that makes Judas tragic? We hope you’ll catch this teaching via podcast or video, available this weekend!

Reminder: We will be resuming outdoor, socially distant gatherings Sundays at 11 a.m. beginning on Easter, and plan to resume in-person gatherings indoors in our home in Studebaker 112 in the near future! While we are still determining the exact timeline for returning to Studebaker 112, we are making plans for what each phase will look like, as described above.
As always, we are consulting with local health officials and health professionals within our community, and we’re keeping an eye on overall COVID case numbers, hospital capacity, and vaccine availability. More details will follow, and you can always keep up to date on the latest information via our newsletter or our website. If you have any questions on these phases, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@southbendcitychurch.com.
