Refugee Assistance Lunch and Learn

Throughout the year, we work with Neighbor to Neighbor and United Religious Community of St. Joseph County to support the mission of growing a welcoming community where all belong by alleviating isolation for immigrant newcomers and cultivating empathy in South Bend. As we anticipate many new refugees and immigrant families arriving in South Bend this year, we are hosting an informational lunch for those interested in volunteering or learning more. This will be right after our 2nd gathering on Sunday, November 24th from 12:30-2p. Click here to register.

If you’d simply like to give to our South Bend Refugee Assistance Fund, which is open all year long, you can head here. This fund is to support refugees and immigrants who need assistance with medical care, household supplies, clothes, and other needs as they transition into the South Bend Community.
