Tribune building purchase complete

We are thrilled to announce that closing on the Tribune printing press building took place Monday, July 18. Thanks to your generous donations and pledges, we received a $2.5 million loan from Notre Dame Federal Credit Union that will go toward the cost of construction and a percentage of the purchase price. Our loan is locked in at 5% interest.

We will have some volunteer opportunities to help clean out the building in the very near future, and we’ll let you know about those soon. You can still contribute a one-time gift or pledge amount at southbendcitychurch.com/give. And if you are interested in making an in-kind gift of goods or services, please contact info@southbendcitychurch.com

We continue to be grateful for and humbled by the participation of our community toward this project. We can’t wait to welcome you to our new space!
